We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Independence Audit Manager to join our team. In this role, youwill lead and manage independence audits, ensuring adherence to independence rules and regulations. You will be responsible for assessing potential conflicts of interest, reviewing financial and business relationships, andproviding guidance to engagement teams and firm leadership on independence matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of product and business initiatives.
- Create project timelines, track progress, and communicate overall project status to broader teams.
- Interact frequently with management and executive stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Evaluate current processes and implement improvements that enhance team collaboration.
- Gather requirements from analytics and engineering teams to support business needs.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in influencing project outcomes across multiple tracks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle project management experience.
- A BS degree in technical fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics is preferred.
